WHAT IS BE ACTIVATED??
Be Activated is a neuromuscular reeducation system to help performance, functional movement and a way to manage everyday stress. The system helps create a greater structural integrity in the body – so it is able to function at higher levels of performance in the measurable areas of strength, power, flexibility and endurance, as well as speed, balance and coordination. The results are often both immediate and measurable. As we increase the body’s ability to perform, we build resilience which then reduces the risk of injury in all levels of play and life.
Be Activated sessions are 1 on 1 and may take 1.5-2 hours total. This could be done all at once(ideal) or broken into segments if needed. Clients will be given short muscular test before each activation and retested for comparison.
RPR was developed from Be Activated as a self activation method. A lot shorter in time, the clients will learn activation points and go through many of the same muscular tests for a before and after comparison. Great for teams. I can work with individuals or I can come and work with your staff and team.

I recently met with Coach Ryan for the Reflex Performance Reset. I was completely baffled by how this technique works. Ryan performed various tests on my muscles and joints to find where improvements needed to be made. From there, he was able to work with the areas, knowing exactly what needed to be done. At the end of the session, both my flexibility and strength had already improved. For a lack of a better word, to me, it was like magic to be able to see immediate results. I noticed a difference right away in my next gym session . My body parts and muscles felt like they were more in sync with each other and stronger individually. Ryan's knowledge and passion for his business are truly admirable. I am a female, age 49. I do Crossfit, kickboxing and boxing 5 to 7 days a week. I am also currently training for Spartan OCR races.
