Speed training

Far too often, speed and agility training turns into conditioning.  Endless reps that teach you to run slow.  At Coach Me Coach, it's about performance.  You will practice running fast!!  In a speed session, you'll be taught a neuromuscular activation sequence, a proper speed warm, and then perform various speed and agility drills depending on your goals.  At the heart of it all is trying to improve "max" speed. Max speed is the "tide that lifts all boats".  In other words, with a max speed emphasis, everything else will also get better. Each session will be either timed or measured some how.  Freelap digital timing system will be used when possible as well as a Just Jump mat for consistent timing and measuring.  Video analysis will also be used for comparison.
